Design of electrical power system reticulation of stage 2 occurred concurrently whilst working on new installation.

Project key deliverables included:

  • Reticulation of in ground electrical services, conduits, cable pits

  • Installation of new sub mains to Kitchen Main Distribution Board

  • Design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of form 4, KMDB and DB7 Distribution Boards

  • Design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a raised structural steel access platform for the Kitchen Main distribution Board

  • Supply and installation of 6 downstream lighting and small power distribution boards

  • Rewire of power, lighting, communications cabling installation throughout buildings

  • Design and installation of kitchen emergency stop system

  • Installation of kitchen power equipment, isolators, and socket outlets to suit appliance layout

  • Vendor engagement and scope delivery of a sub-contractor quilt that comprised of Heating Ventilation, Air conditioning, Plumbing, cool rooms,

  • Fire system including commissioning and all Electrical Civil works

  • Supply and installation of CCTV and security system

  • Rework of electrical power and lighting layout design on the run while in deconstruction phase
  • Multidisciplinary Sub contractor engagement and scope delivery
  • Final design of electrical power system reticulation of stage 2 while concurrently working on new installation.
